Judi came to transport the long way around, through breeding, training, and handling dogs. Her company describes over 45 years of combined experience across those disciplines, and she is an AKC licensed Canine Good Citizen evaluator and instructor. Where her leg ends and ours begins
We drive the United States within about twelve hours of New Brunswick or Ontario. A puppy in Oklahoma, Texas, or Missouri is well past that. Rather than tell a breeder we cannot help, we hand the domestic US ground leg to Judi and meet the dog at an agreed point. In the east that is usually Calais or Bangor, Maine, and further west a Michigan or New York crossing.
From that handoff forward it is ours: the customs broker, the CDC Dog Import Form, the crossing itself, and the drive to the family's door. Two transporters, one trip, and nobody doing a leg they are not set up for. It is the same split that works with Airbound Pets on the air side.
