05

Pickup & updates

We arrive at the breeder or shelter, confirm the pet is healthy, and load. You get location updates and photos throughout the trip.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does pet transport cost?

Pricing depends on distance, number of pets, pickup and drop-off locations, and whether it's a cross-border trip. Cross-border adds customs broker fees (Running Red $150 CAD + HST, OmegaCHB $250 USD) billed separately. Request a quote for an exact price.

Do you really only transport one client's pets at a time?

Yes. Dedicated vehicle on every trip. Your pet travels alone or with littermates, never mixed with strangers' animals.

Can I meet you before I book?

Absolutely. Free video call on request. Some clients book a video meet weeks before the actual transport date. You can also visit in person if you're local to NB.

How do you handle sick or injured pets in transit?

We carry basic first aid and know the nearest veterinary hospitals along every route. Any medical issue is communicated to you immediately and the pet is taken to the closest vet. You pay for veterinary costs; our transport fee continues as agreed.

What happens if we miss a border crossing?

Customs brokers and proper paperwork mean delays are rare. If customs does delay us, we wait it out or reroute. We've crossed the border hundreds of times since 2020.
