Photos, location pings, text updates throughout the trip. You know where your pet is, how they're doing, and when to expect us.
Door-to-door
We pick up at the breeder or rescue and deliver straight to your front door. No airport runs. No cargo facilities. Your pet goes from their old home to their new home without the in-between.
What to expect
- Request a quote here. Pickup address (the breeder or rescue), your home address, the date, and details about the pet.
- We reply within 24 hours with a price and offer to set up a free video call.
- You pay a $200 CAD deposit to secure the date. Non-refundable, but applied to your total. See deposit policy.
- The breeder or rescue prepares the paperwork. We coordinate with them directly on rabies certs, health certs, and (for cross-border) the CDC Dog Import Form.
- We pick up on the scheduled day. You get notified when we have your pet and start driving.
- Real-time updates for the whole trip. Photos, location check-ins, ETA adjustments if needed.
- Delivery at your front door. You pay the balance to us on arrival (e-transfer, card, or cash).
