Lesli is great with pets especially for long haul trips. She recently transported by pet to the airport and I couldn't be happier with her service. She is on time, professional and takes care of your pet like its her own. I would recommend Lesli for ground transportation.
Lesli got our Kangal from New Brunswick to Kansas safe and happy in excellent time, no issues at all. Would definately recommend her services and use again.
Lesli was awesome. We sent our dogs from St. John's NL on Cargo Jet to Hamilton and Leslie picked them up in the middle of the night, boarded them over night, and took them across the border into the US. She also drove 4 hours south to meet us in West Virginia. She was patient and kind to our two skittish rescue beagles and even sent me photos of them when the arrived, and on the way. I would be very comfortable trusting Lesli with any pets now or in the future. 5 stars!
Our kittens have not been transported yet, but all my interactions with the owner, Lesli, and the driver, Melisa, have been very positive and very helpful. We feel very comfortable with them and are confident that they will do a great job. Their price is very good. I highly recommend them.
Lesli has been accessible, professional, knowledgeable and kind. Her rates were also the best for CargoJet amongst the quotes I received. She went above and beyond to not only book the flights for my beautiful girl from one end of Canada to the other for me once, but to re-book them for me without condemnation nor repercussion when I missed the drop off time. In addition her daughter, Tessa of Hagersville Pet Sitters, as the midway comfort stop, also had to reshuffle her schedule to make up for my error. She met my dog in the wee hours, reassured & looked after her, then delivered her to her next flight in a timely manner. My lovely girl has arrived to her new owners and all of us are extremely pleased and relieved regarding how smoothly this process has gone in spite of me. I can highly recommend this team.
